About Me


I am a fully qualified personal trainer, working with clients in ​the Salisbury area for over 15 years.


Since the beginning of my fitness career, I have helped ​many clients of all ages and fitness levels achieve their ​individual goals. This has included training for marathons, ​weight loss, muscle gain, improving flexibility and general ​fitness for everyday life.


As nutrition has such an important role to all training goals, ​I provide nutritional guidance to work alongside the training ​programmes to achieve maximum results.
