About Me
I am a fully qualified personal trainer, working with clients in the Salisbury area for over 15 years.
Since the beginning of my fitness career, I have helped many clients of all ages and fitness levels achieve their individual goals. This has included training for marathons, weight loss, muscle gain, improving flexibility and general fitness for everyday life.
As nutrition has such an important role to all training goals, I provide nutritional guidance to work alongside the training programmes to achieve maximum results.
